I had the best time enjoying the rooftop pool with amazing ocean views! 🌊 The location was perfect, but the room could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival.

i loved my stay at the curio collection! the location is fantastic, super close to everything i needed. the beach towels and reserved section with free beach chairs were a big plus. jordan at the front desk was outstanding, always smiling and helped me check in early. the gym was clean and included peloton bikes, and the rooftop pool had amazing ocean views!

I was woken up multiple times by noisy guests in adjacent rooms. The hotel staff seemed uninterested in resolving my complaints, resulting in a frustrating experience. Ultimately, I left feeling exhausted and dissatisfied with the service provided during my stay.

This stay was just a perfect match for a quick weekend visit in Miami Beach with incredible value for money. The pool area was a nice, relaxing spot to unwind after a day out. Make sure to book your beach rentals in advance to avoid the hassle.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

We spent two nights in a King Room, enjoying our time overall. The decor was charming, but we faced slow elevators. Dining options on-site were limited. Overall, a fair experience, but some changes needed for a seamless stay.

Kiki, our server, made our mornings brighter with her humor and personalized service, and the culinary team exceeded our expectations with an amazing breakfast. The room was comfortable, but I felt there could have been more storage space for belongings.

The stay was quite disappointing overall. The room looked worn and wasn't cleaned properly, and there was little ventilation. The staff seemed unfriendly, and I had issues even getting basic services like boiling water without extra charges. While the hotel's location near attractions like the beach is a plus, the noisy mini fridge and other in-room issues made it hard to enjoy my time there.
